The hotel has a great central location for exploring the town and is very close to all amenities. The rooms are decorated to a high standard with good amenities but are a little dated in style. The service is top-notch with staff being attentive and friendly. The dining experience is excellent with high-quality ingredients. However, the bathroom decor is tired and not as expected, and some facilities like the key system may need improvement.
The hotel had modern, bright rooms with very comfy beds. Despite some issues with room temperature and breakfast inconsistency, the rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable, equipped with all necessary facilities like a hairdryer, kettle, and TV.
